On Saturday, August 7, 2021, we held a management and leadership training session for our executive employees.
This training program was held with Professor Mizusawa, a visiting professor at the Nippon Institute of Technology Graduate School of Professional Studies (MOT), from which our company president and general manager graduated, as the lecturer.
The themes for this training session are as follows:
① New management perspectives and viewpoints to usher in an era of transformation (the perspective of business leaders)
② Consider the human aspect of management (from the manager's perspective)
③ Towards proactive practice of change-driving leadership (from an individual's perspective)
By delving deeply from both a macro and micro perspective, the specifics of management and leadership have been articulated.
Furthermore, I was drawn in by Professor Mizusawa's unique lecture style, and the group discussions were also engaging.
It was a very informative and fulfilling training session.
