Characteristics of cold heading

Cold heading process

The general process for cold heading is as follows:

  2. CuttingCut the material to the specified dimensions.
  3. Insertion into the moldThe cut material is inserted into the mold.
  4. moldingThe following processing is performed while applying high pressure within the mold:
    • Extrusion

  5. FinishingFinishing work will be performed as needed.
