To commemorate our 100th anniversary, we have been working to re-examine our future vision and philosophy and to communicate them to both internal and external stakeholders in a more easily understandable way. The tools we used for this purpose were:"Shikakure Touch" provided by Nikko Process Co., Ltd.This is a service.

Through interviews with the CEO and employee workshops, we carefully uncovered the values our company has cultivated over the years and the aspirations of each individual employee, then visualized them using graphic recording. Based on this, we completed a corporate illustration that reflects the voices of our employees, enabling us to convey our philosophy and vision at a glance.

Through this illustration, we plan to further deepen the shared understanding among our employees and expand its use to our website, company brochures, and internal tools so that our stakeholders can also understand our direction. By visually organizing complex information, we will take a powerful new step towards the "next 100 years."

This initiative resulted in a simple yet memorable visual, and it also served as an opportunity to further strengthen the bonds among our employees. We intend to continue cherishing and nurturing our philosophy and vision, which have been made visible in this way.
