On May 11, 2026, professors and current graduate students from the Nippon Institute of Technology Graduate School of Professional Technology (MOT), from which our company president, sales manager, and production management department manager graduated, visited our factory as part of their coursework.
This visit was conducted as part of the project-based learning (PBL) portion of the Management of Technology (MOT) program. The aim was to deepen practical understanding by comparing the theories learned in the classroom with the "reality of the workplace," where the thoughts of management and the smell of oil mingle.
