We have changed the lighting in the factory (forging area) to LED.
The ceiling was high, so replacing it was difficult,
LEDs offer a variety of advantages.
<Benefits>
① Electricity cost: Approximately 1/4 (400W/unit → less than 100W/unit)
Assuming 20 lights are running for 10 hours a day, the electricity cost would be approximately -45,000 yen/month.
(Assuming 1 kWh = 25 yen)
② Brightness: Approximately 3 times (220LX → 650LX)
This improves visibility into the machine's internal workings, which can lead to reduced mold setting time.
③ Lifespan: 2.2 times longer (18,000 hours → 40,000 hours)
Since the frequency of replacement will decrease, the time and labor costs required for replacement will be reduced.
We want people to feel that Yamaguchi Nut's factory is clean.
We will continue to readily adopt new things and anything that creates new benefits!
