History

Yamaguchi Nut was founded in 1924 by its first president, Shota Yamaguchi, as a specialized manufacturer of machined brass hexagonal nuts. Amidst advancements in manufacturing technology, we introduced a nut former machine in 1975 and began producing brass hexagonal nuts by cold forging. Since our founding, we have consistently maintained our position as "Yamaguchi, the brass nut manufacturer." Furthermore, in order to implement 24-hour unmanned operation of brass hexagonal nuts, we established the current Saitama factory in 1988. Utilizing the technology acquired through the accumulation of experience, we leveled up from a nut former to a parts former as a proposal-oriented company, transforming from "Yamaguchi of brass nuts" to "Yamaguchi of special parts." In today's increasingly globalized 21st century, Yamaguchi Nut is committed to continuously improving its technologies, methods, and management practices to supply high-value-added products to Japanese manufacturers with high quality and low cost, thereby contributing broadly to society. 1924	● Founded by the first generation, Shota Yamaguchi, as a manufacturer specializing in brass hexagonal nuts.
February 1953	● Company establishment.
1975	● We Introduced a cold heading machine (nut former) and begin a change in production methods.
1976	● Masatoshi Yamaguchi becomes the second president.
1988	● A new factory was opened in Kurihashi Town, Saitama Prefecture (now Kuki City).
1996	● Saitama factory expansion.
2002	● ISO9001 certified.
May 2005	● A new forging plant established at the Saitama factory.
september	● Seiichi Yamaguchi becomes the third president.
december	● Introduced a parts former capable of cutting a maximum diameter of 23mm.
2008	● ISO14001 certified.
November 2012	● Saitama Plant: A new secondary processing plant has been established.
June 2013	● Establishment of a Philippine company
February 2014	● Philippine factory begins operations
2020	● The Saitama factory's forging plant was expanded.
2024	● Saitama Factory: Mold making/equipment work/full inspection/shipping and packaging. The building has been rebuilt. ● The company celebrates its 100th anniversary.
