On Saturday, March 19, 2022, we held our second Management and Leadership Training Session for our executive employees.
This training session, like the first one held on August 7, 2021 (Saturday), featured Professor Mizusawa, a visiting professor at the Nippon Institute of Technology Graduate School of Professional Studies (MOT), from which our company president and general manager graduated, as the lecturer.
The theme of this training is five universal concepts that are considered the most important "foundation and prerequisites of management principles" both domestically and internationally.
The session provided in-depth content that directly addressed the daily concerns of each participant, and the participants' level of seriousness was even higher than last time.
With Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the seemingly endless COVID-19 pandemic, semiconductor shortages, and earthquakes, the world is becoming increasingly uncertain.
