On Saturday, December 3, 2022, we held our 4th Management and Leadership Training Session for our executive employees.
As in previous years, this training program was held with Professor Mizusawa, a visiting professor at the Nippon Institute of Technology Graduate School of Professional Studies (MOT), as the lecturer.
The theme of this training session is "Towards the practical application of leadership in driving business transformation."
Each participant discussed in groups the "workplace problems and solutions" they had considered beforehand. Based on what they had learned in previous training sessions, they organized and integrated their solutions, presented them to each other in their groups, and finally received feedback from the instructors before concluding the session.
This time, the discussion focused on solving real-world problems, which led to a more heated debate. It was an invaluable opportunity to share individual concerns that we wouldn't normally hear and to discuss solutions. At the same time, we also realized the importance of going beyond simply solving problems and delving into resolving challenges.
