Shorter lead times
We design and manufacture our dies entirely in-house. This greatly shortens die lead times and speeds the path from prototype to volume production. When urgent changes are needed, our internal teams can revise or modify designs quickly.

Optimization by our own development team
We can carry out research and development of manufacturing technology entirely in-house. From material selection to process validation, our engineers work closely together to optimize quality, cost, and delivery. Through internal training we also keep up with the latest knowledge and digital tools.
Design capability and examples
Using CAD and simulation, our development team meets a wide range of needs, from precision parts with complex shapes to high-volume products. In one case, we proposed a custom process to meet tight tolerance requirements and greatly reduced problems in production.

Our own production management system and low-code applications give us timely visibility of progress, cost, and quality data for every process. They also smooth information sharing between departments and support continuous improvement.
Advanced Equipment Meets Information Systems
High-speed tapping machines and 100% inspection machines
Two examples of our own technology are the high-speed tapping machines and the 100% inspection systems we build ourselves. The tapping machines thread large numbers of parts in a short time, and the inspection machines check appearance and dimensions with high accuracy. Together they dramatically improve efficiency from machining through inspection.
In-house information systems
This equipment is linked to our in-house production management system and low-code applications, so operating status and quality data are managed in one place. Manual checking is kept to a minimum, problems are detected early, and many are prevented altogether. Countermeasures can be taken earlier than before and production plans adjusted flexibly.
Continuous investment and training
Alongside capital investment, we hold regular skills training and digital education for employees. Whenever new equipment or systems are introduced, specialist teams and company-wide study sessions ensure they are mastered and improved continuously.
