On Saturday, February 4, 2023, we held our 5th Management and Leadership Training Session for our executive employees.As in previous years, this training program will feature Professor Mizusawa, a visiting professor at the Nippon Institute of Technology Graduate School of Professional Studies (MOT), as the instructor.
This concludes the series of training sessions.The themes of this training are "experiencing and learning the steps of problem-solving" and "experiencing and learning the fundamental principles of management through case studies."
Each participant will engage in group discussions on the "steps to problem solving" and "characteristics of case study management" that they have considered in advance.
We summarized our opinions, presented them to each other in our groups, and finally received feedback from the instructor before concluding the session.I will put what I learned in this series of training sessions into practice going forward, so that the satisfaction of all employees working at our company will improve, and as a result, lead to improved customer satisfaction.
