As part of our company trip for fiscal year 2010, we went to the Katsuura area of Chiba Prefecture on December 10th and 11th, which also included a tour of the Nippon Steel plant in Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture!
The photos were taken during lunchtime (at Shiki no Kura) and after the factory tour at Nippon Steel Kimitsu (in front of the No. 4 blast furnace).
The No. 4 blast furnace at the Kimitsu plant is one of the world's largest blast furnaces, and it was reportedly used as a filming location for the TV drama "The Grand Family."
