How the corporate illustration was made

On the occasion of our 100th anniversary, we took a fresh look at our vision and philosophy and set out to communicate them more clearly, both inside and outside the company. For this we used the "Shikakuretouch" service provided by Nikko Process Co., Ltd.
Through an interview with the president and employee workshops, we carefully drew out the values the company has built up over the years and the thoughts of each employee, and made them visible through graphic recording. The resulting corporate illustration, which reflects the voices of our staff, conveys our philosophy and vision at a glance.
We will use the illustration on our website, in our company brochure and in internal tools, to deepen shared understanding among employees and to help our stakeholders understand where the company is heading. By organizing complex information visually, we are taking a firm step toward the next 100 years.
The project produced a simple, memorable visual and also became an occasion that strengthened the bonds among our employees. We intend to keep nurturing the philosophy and vision we have made visible in this way.
